Member Notice | Spoofing Scam


At Service 1st Federal Credit Union, we value your membership and want to take this opportunity to inform you about a recent phone scam referred to as spoofing

If you receive a call, text or email requesting that you supply your personal account information, please hang up or disregard the message. Service 1st will never contact you and request personal account information over the phone.
If you feel you may have given personal account information to one of these scammers, do the following:
1. Call the Service 1st Contact Center at 800.562.6049.
2. You can also disable your Service 1st Visa® Check Card by using the card controls available when you log in to Service1st@Home online banking.
