make a payment

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within both online and mobile banking. Edit your scheduled payments at any time within digital banking.
 

online banking

Log in to your Service 1st account.

1. Click the "make a transfer" menu option.
2. Select the account you want to transfer the payment from.
3. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.
4. Input the amount you want to transfer and when you would like the transfer to occur.
5. Review your transfer and select the "confirm" button to proceed.

 

mobile banking

Log in to the Service 1st mobile app on your Android or Apple device.

1. Select the "transfer" option from the menu along the bottom of the page.
2. Select the "transfer between accounts" button.
3. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.
4. Input the amount you want to transfer and when you would like the transfer to occur.
5. Review your transfer and select the "confirm" button to proceed.

2. Select or add the external account you want to transfer the payment from.
3. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.
4. Input the amount you want to transfer and when you would like the transfer to occur.

You can make a one-time^† payment on any of your Service 1st loans or credit cards with a debit card or using your account information from another financial institution.
 

telephone payment portal

Call 844.791.0901.  You will need your Service 1st member number and loan ID as well as the debit card or account information for the payment account.**

When entering your member number and loan ID you will enter *01 between them, ex.  123456 *01 03

^†A $5.00 fee will be assessed for one-time online payments. Please contact Service 1st to request a copy of the current fee schedule.

**A $7.50 fee will be assessed for one-time telephone payments. Please contact Service 1st to request a copy of the current fee schedule.
